* Must not repeat the keyword more that twice
* Must be in this format and Match case

2. Title Tag:

Must accurately describe the pages content
The HTML title tag should:
* Be 9 +/- 3 words
* Be around 62-70 characters (varies by pixels)
* Have no repeated words at all
* Be unique for every page
* Make sense to a person
* Include brand name on the end when possible

3. Meta Description Tag:

A word in the title must also be in the description for emphasis
Auto snippet
Accurately summarize the page's content

The HTML meta description tag should:
* Be less than 160 characters
* Have keywords towards the beginning
* Be complete sentences
* Repeat words a maximum of 2 times
* Be unique for every page
* End with a "Call to Action" and create urgency.
